Hemlock Bark

HEMLOCK BARK

¾” & finer. Contains little to no slivers. Used for decorative ground cover. Gives the yard that “finished” look. Retains moisture and helps keep the weeds down. Perfect for the avid gardener and families with small children. Read more in our hemlock bark article.

Fir Bark

FIR BARK

¾” & finer. Like Hemlock, fir will provide that “finished” look, retain moisture and help with weed control. Does contain slivers but a less expensive alternative to some other ground cover products. Read more in our fir bark article.

Wood Chips

WOOD CHIPS

Used as a safe “fall” for under children’s play equipment. We are the Salem/Keizer School District’s supplier of wood chips. Can also be used as a ground cover, in dog runs, or for walkways. Read more in our wood chips article.
Cedar Hogfuel

CEDAR HOGFUEL

When cedar bark is ground the end result is a soft stringy material that is very absorbent. This is an excellent product for mud control! Perfect for horse paddocks and livestock pens. Can also be used in dog runs, pathways and is a less expensive alternative for under children’s play equipment. Read more in our cedar hogfuel article.
Topsoil

TOPSOIL

A sandy river loam. Our topsoil has been ran through a screen to remove any rocks, roots etc. Use for laying sod or planting grass seed. Excellent for retaining walls and a good product for all around “fill”. Read more in our topsoil article.

Organic Compost

ORGANIC COMPOST

A yard debris/leaf mulch material that is finely ground and ran through a screen. This an extremely rich, dark product very high in nitrogen! Great for adding nutrient value to flower beds and vegetable gardens. Can be used as a ground cover instead of bark dust. Soil analysis available. Read more in our compost article.

Soil Mix

SOIL MIX

Organic compost and topsoil mixed at a 50/50 ratio. Use for raised flower beds, vegetable gardens, planter boxes, or enhancing the condition of your existing flower beds. Read more about our soil mix.

Sand

SAND

Fine, clean golf course sand. Used to set pavers, under swimming pools, horse shoe pits, and in children’s sand boxes. Read more about our landscape sand.
3/4 Minus Gravel

¾ MINUS GRAVEL

Crushed rock with pieces ¾” down to fines. The jagged edges and fines combined allow this gravel to pack tightly. An excellent base for under concrete, pavers, garden sheds and hot tubs. Use on gravel driveways. Once packed down this is perfect for gravel walkways as this product will not shift under your feet.

A very fine crushed rock. Can be used for walkways or driveways.
Pea Gravel

PEA GRAVEL

A small grey stone about the size of a pea. This decorative rock to be used in flower beds, around borders and for drainage in small flower pots.

1-2in Round Rock

1”-2” ROUND ROCK

A smooth grey stone about the size of a golf ball. Great for drainage and can be used as a decorative rock in borders and flower beds or design your own dry creek bed.
3/4in Round Rock

¾” ROUND ROCK

A smooth grey stone about the size of a marble. Use in the bottom of flower pots for drainage, or as a decorative rock in borders and flower beds.
Red Cider Rock

RED CINDER ROCK

Use as a decorative ground cover. Create your own design with a combination of this rock with any of the round rock products. This can be used as a permanent alternative to bark dust.
